Description du poste
The Accountant will be involved on the following topics:1. Accounts Receivable:
- Monitor incoming payments, allocate funds, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues
- Treasury Tasks (Cash Collection and Cash Management):
- Oversee cash collection processes, ensuring timely and efficient handling of funds
- Manage liquidity by monitoring cash flow and optimizing cash reserves
- Collaborate with financial institutions for effective cash management
- Incoming Payment Allocation:
- Efficiently allocate incoming payments to outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records of payment transactions
- Bank Entries:
- Record all financial transactions related to banking activities
- Ensure accuracy in bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
Description du profil
The successful Accountant will bring the following background ans experience :
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with international financial operations and intercompany transactions
- Fluent in French, good knowledge in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Adaptability: Navigate changing regulations and industry dynamics
- Attention to Detail: Meticulously review financial data and documentation
- Communication: Clearly convey financial information to colleagues and stakeholders
