Description du poste :

• Establish and maintain documentation of our technology standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and fostering their evolution over time.
• Enforce technology governance protocols within the organization, ensuring that all new services and solutions adhere to established standards.
• Identify and spearhead technology-driven initiatives aimed at optimizing our software ecosystem, including decommissioning outdated systems and driving technological upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Governance Office to streamline data management processes and ensure consistency in data models across the organization.
• Oversee API governance efforts, ensuring the consistency and effective management of our service-oriented architecture.
• Define and refine the Target Operating Model of the organization, with a focus on delineating the roles and responsibilities of core banking functions versus specialized services.
• Drive initiatives aimed at reducing the number of applications utilized by the organization, thereby simplifying and rationalizing our technological landscape around core functional services.
• Strengthen the Enterprise Architecture group to lead the organization's technology transformation efforts, including recruitment and management of architecture personnel.
• Present regular updates on the activities and performance of the Enterprise Architecture service, along with proposals for enhancing its value and accelerating the organization's technology transformation journey.

Description du profil :

• IT Engineering degree
• Solid Private Banking / Wealth Management experience is a MUST
• Solid experience as an Enterprise Architect
• A track record of effectively managing client relationships and stakeholders is essential
• Fluent English level
