Job Title: Financial and HR Accountant – manager - full time 100%.

Location: Payerne, partial home office possible.

Role:
As the Accountant at Asia Consultant Switzerland SA, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and HR aspects of our operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities & tasks :
• Manage financial and HR records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Handle HR-related tasks such as payroll, employee benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Draft contracts and negotiate prices with providers.
• Follow up on invoices and maintain contact with clients and providers.
• Monitor cash flow and analytical accounting.
• Perform pricing and other accounting analyses.

Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Federal Diploma or Federal Advanced diploma preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with some experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in accounting software and HR software .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility in approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
