Job Description:

We are expanding our team and seeking an IT Operations / Infrastructure Consultant skilled in enhancing IT infrastructure for diverse client environments, including managing our internal IT operations. This role involves providing comprehensive technical expertise and consulting services throughout the lifecycle of client engagements, from initial contact through implementation and ongoing support, as well as overseeing the performance and security of our internal IT systems. This dynamic role offers significant opportunities for professional development and impact within the IT management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Client Engagement: Serve as a primary technical contact for clients, thoroughly assessing their IT infrastructure requirements and strategizing solutions that align with their broader business and technology objectives.
• Enhanced Pre-Sales Support: Lead engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations that effectively communicate the capabilities of our solutions, tailoring each session to meet specific client needs and expectations.
• Strategic Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions that ensure optimal system performance and security. Oversee the installation and configuration of essential software tools, adapting each solution to client-specific environments and challenges.
• Internal IT Management: Oversee and maintain the operational health of our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, data is protected, and technology resources are optimized for company-wide productivity.
• Collaborative Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to develop and refine proposals, ensuring they comprehensively address client requirements and highlight the unique advantages of our solutions.
• Dedicated Post-Sales Support: Offer expert consulting and operational support post-implementation, ensuring solutions are integrated smoothly and function optimally within client environments. Provide ongoing assistance to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Training and Empowerment: Design and conduct educational sessions for clients, focusing on maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of new tools and practices.

Requirements:

• Swiss residency
• Fluent in English and French; German and/or Italian proficiency is highly regarded.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations management, or a related field
• Profound knowledge of cybersecurity, IT management, and networking
• Experienced with a variety of management tools including ManageEngine OPManager, Site24x7, Log360, and other similar platforms like NMS, PRTG, Centreon, Solarwinds, Splunk
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
