Mandatory requirements:
Vocational training as a restoration specialist with further training to head up the restoration department
Professional and managerial experience in the field of gastronomy
Management
Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with the kitchen team management
Ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care (active collaboration in gastronomy)
Management of a team of approx. 10 people
Creation of work plans
Planning, organization and implementation of events in the field of restoration
Responsible for order and material management
weekend and evening services
Profile:
A well-groomed appearance, good manners and a high level of understanding for the elderly and the sick
High willingness to provide services and independent working methods
