Import / Export Coordinator (Temporary position)

Mission:

You will be the Import/Export Coordinator and will be responsible for transporting shipments, tracking orders and preparing export documents for international clients.

TASKS

- Process the daily report of shipments for pick&pack in the warehouse

- Creation and management of export documents and transport orders

- Coordination with various departments and service providers

- Coordinate with the carrier and monitor the shipping process to ensure efficient and on-time delivery of products

- Monitor rules and regulations and keep information up to date

- Handle customer complaints

- Gather data and statistics used in monthly reports and carrier performance reports.

- Assist in the preparation and communication of monthly key performance indicators

- Ensure import/export SOPs and WIs are monitored and kept up to date

PROFILE

- CFC Basic commercial and/or transport training

- At least 3 years' experience in import/export

- Previous experience in an international or freight transport company

- Very good skills in English and German (spoken and written),

- Good IT skills (ERP, Diverse Ship Software, eVV systems, Edec Web, Microsoft Office tools, etc.)

- Solution-oriented, self-starter, rigorous and organised

- Proactive and able to work under pressure
