Are you looking to join a young team in a convivial environment? Do you work pro-actively, independently and are IT-oriented? In this fascinating role you will be working in the order-processing area and are responsible for the contract-and license-management and administration. This includes the whole order fulfillment from A-Z: Recording and examining the customer order, order confirmation and delivery, contact to international producers and checking the sales conditions (price, discounts, delivery terms etc.). You are also in charge of the correct process documentation and inventory. On a daily basis, you will keep contact to the suppliers on an international level.

Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
You have gained some first and successful experience in a commercial environment from your apprenticeship time or other first roles. Experience from a similar role are of advantage, but not a must. You are a solid user of MS-Office and have very good English communication (written and spoken) skills and average German. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, have great problem solving skills and want to be part of a team.
