Are you a good match?

You have a confirmed experience in Talent Acquisition across a wide range of topics with exposure to diverse international markets and a proven track record of driving talent acquisition initiatives with measurable impact (University partnerships, talent pipelining- ). You are digital savvy, the knowledge of Workday is a plus.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Driven, enthusiastic, resourceful and humble, you speak English fluently. French is considered as a plus.


What are we expecting from you?

As part of the International Talent team of Van Cleef and Arpels, you will bring your expertise to our Talent Acquisition function. 

This temporary mission offers a unique opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions ensuring Van Cleef & Arpels is competitive and attractive to the best fitting talents. 


In this function, you will: 

  • Support the development of a strategic talent pipeline for targeted roles across the organization
  • Lead the definition and implementation of a University Engagement strategy that align with the Maison-s future hiring needs
  • Assist in the migration and adoption of the Workday recruitment platform
  • Optimize the content and design of the Talent Acquisition SharePoint to enhance usability and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the Internal Communication Team on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc requests, including data analysis and reporting, to support Talent Acquisition goals
