Participants receive coaching from personal mentors, program
leaders, and program champions at each company. Supervisors
provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback.
Participants are strongly encouraged to pursue professional
certifications. Support and funding for training materials and
preparatory classes can be provided. CPA candidates may
satisfy experience requirements through the FLDP. Participants
who gain a CPA or CMA certification during the program are
eligible for a BUSINESS SEGMENTS
