Our Swiss headquarters are located in Geneva, Vernier. L'Oréal Switzerland is currently joining the DACH cluster of Germany-Austria, becoming an even stronger hub for Go-to-Market excellence by bringing together the best talent in Marketing, Engagement, Business Development, and E-Commerce to represent the diversity of Swiss consumers and clients.

YOUR PATH TO THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our 12-month Management Trainee Program is designed to foster and develop future leaders in 2 key functions of our company: Marketing & Business Development.

You will be fully integrated into the daily business of a manager and will be co-responsible for your projects. Both rotations will include specific performance goals and challenges.

You will gain practical experience within a successful, market-leading beauty company and work with some of the most passionate and creative people to learn from them. This also includes world-class training and development programs - based on personal needs. Upon completion of the program, a rewarding and challenging career at L'Oréal awaits you.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualification & Interest: You are a Master's graduate with at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships). You are interested in a career in retail and the FMCG industry and possess good knowledge of the Swiss market.

We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on gender, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, origin, disability, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.
