Your role:

As additional support for our team in Geneva, we are looking for a new colleague (female or male) to join us as an Event Attendant on an hourly, on-call basis (on average, approximately 65 hours per year).
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing excellent client service at a variety of events, including client gatherings, press conferences, and third-party events involving UBS. You will support the event manager and play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and safely.

Your team:
The Event Attendants are a motivated and dynamic team working across different regions in Switzerland. Together, we actively support each other at exciting regional events, creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are part of the Group Functions business unit, which provides a wide range of logistical services.

Your expertise:
High degree of flexibility and mobility
Communicative and open personality
Well-groomed appearance, impeccable manners, and absolute discretion
Proactive approach with strong service orientation and high quality awareness
Committed, a team player, and resilient
Excellent hosting skills and organizational talent
Confident handling of digital devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet, PC)
Very good command of French and English; German and any additional language is an advantage
