You hold a Bachelor Degree in Administration (or equivalent discipline) and have a 3-year experience working in international school environments, preferably with specific experience in administration and/or academic support, or you hold a CFC of Commerce with remarkable experience in the same position. You have an excellent level of English (preferably native) and French, both oral and written, and you are eligible to work in Switzerland. You are an efficient end-user of MS office tools and, ideally, you have knowledge of various Academic SIS. You show strong adaptability to change, aptitude of team work as well as autonomy; you are customer focused and process and detailed oriented.

Then we are interested in your profile as we are looking for an

Academic Administration Officer

who will manage the following missions:

- Perform data entry and verification of records’ accuracy related to progression of specified programs in accordance with pre-established regulations and procedure.
- Provide student-focused guidance and services to students, alumni and faculty.
- Partake in daily tasks of the office which includes but is not limited to: students’ academic progression counselling, updating student files (electronic and documentation) with program modification and record rectification, responding to daily requests of students and alumni for attestation, transcript, legalization, timetable and other document queries on a timely manner with accuracy; answering inquiry from faculty and other departments with regards to academic procedures, participating in graduation preparation, etc.
- Participate in the end-semester progression process, with a special focus on the first and second year undergraduate program. This comprises but is not limited to: preparing board meeting documents, attending the meeting, carrying out board decision on grade confirmation, preparing communication letter to students, following up with inquiries and student file update.
- Function as back-up of other personnel of the office in charge of academic disciplinary procedure, i.e. weekly absence reporting, academic disciplinary decision communication and follow-up.
- Function as back-up of other personnel of the office appointed as secretary of the disciplinary commission or equivalent.
- Support the Admissions Department during busy periods, based on service needs.
- Assist and support the Registrar function for enhancement of the Academic Administration performance as needed.
- Be in charge of the students archive file construction and maintenance in a timely and accurate manner.
