### The Position ###
Global Access (GA) is focused on delivering sustainable, replicable and scalable global strategies, policies and solutions. Our work strives to support the Pharma Vision and enables affiliates to drive patient access locally while improving the value for society, ecosystems, and Roche-s business. We operate in a highly networked and agile model with stable chapters and flexible squads and work product teams along the lifecycle and across disease areas, functions, and geographies. Chapters are based on the expertise and capabilities needed to co-create and deliver integrated solutions with our external and internal partners.
## The Role ##
Access Strategy Leaders (ASL) ensure that GA expertise is incorporated into our development and commercialization strategies at all phases of the lifecycle. They are embedded into a variety of cross-functional teams including aSquads, Pods, iSquads, Disease Area Teams, and Lifecycle Teams to support the development of scalable, feasible, and impactful access strategies, to prepare the market, and to achieve sustainable pricing and reimbursement that enables patient access and maintains our business. ASLs are typically aligned to a product or disease area, but are expected to contribute to strategies across the portfolio based on business needs. ASLs also play a meaningful role in developing and maintaining our collective understanding of internal and external market access trends and their impact on patient access and commercialization goals.
In this role, you consistently bring our mission to life by ensuring Roche and healthcare systems deliver rapid, broad, sustainable patient access to our innovative offerings. You generate integrated access strategies that are scalable and feasible, and balance broad patient access with sustainable pricing and reimbursement across markets.

By working collaboratively, and with an enterprise approach, you contribute to a culture of ownership, mastery, and innovation. You focus on outcomes and impact.
## Additionally, your key responsibilities include: ##
* Serve as an access strategy expert and GA point of contact; aid global, regional and affiliate franchise stakeholders with informed, timely guidance and advice.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of internal/external access dynamics, trends, and implications.
* In partnership with the Evidence/RWE team, ensure the clinical and non-clinical evidence package is supportive of the access strategy; and in collaboration with Pricing and Evidence, support early strategic pipeline and due diligence assessments.
* Develop product or disease area policy strategies as a key component of the overall access strategy (as needed, and in consultation with the GA Policy Chapter).
* Support the growth and development of the ASL community through effective knowledge and expertise sharing. Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals based on personal and professional development needs.
## Who You Are ##
