Job Description
Relationship Management & Business Development
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong partnerships with External Asset Managers and their clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the EAM network through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Present the bank's full service offering to EAM partners and support client visits and EAM-dedicated events.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Manage and monitor EAM client portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, movements, and account events.
Account Management & Onboarding
- Handle the end-to-end account opening process, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and update EAM partner files, ensuring thorough documentation and alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Support account closures, file remediation processes, and periodic reviews.
- Ensure accurate verification and processing of simple account openings when required.
Operational & Transactional Support
- Execute client instructions efficiently and accurately (payments, stock exchange orders, credit cards, etc.) while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor transaction flow and take corrective measures when necessary in coordination with middle-office and back-office teams.
- Provide daily operational support including e-banking setup, statements, account information, and ad-hoc client documentation.
- Ensure timely publication of daily financial market information on the EAM-dedicated digital platform.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between EAMs, internal teams, and relationship managers.
- Maintain a cooperative and trustworthy relationship with internal departments (Central File, Middle Office, Back Office).
- Provide support to colleagues in case of absence and contribute to maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Education
- Higher education degree (finance, business administration, or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in private banking, ideally within an EAM-focused department (years of experience flexible).
- Strong understanding of the EAM environment and Swiss private banking operations.
Languages
- Fluent in French
- Fluent English (minimum: fully professional level).
- Fluent Spanish - required for the role.
- Additional languages are an asset.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of standard office tools and banking software/applications.
- Ability to manage account openings, documentation, and regulatory risk aspects.

- Strong client orientation and commercial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing priorities independently.
