Your tasks
- Account management and project acquisition with a focus on OEM volume applications
- Processing customer enquiries, preparing and tracking quotations, and documentation in CRM
- Participation in trade fairs and conferences
- Analysis of the market environment and potential regarding new applications and technological trends
- Approximately 30% international travel
Your profile
- Several years of experience in direct technical sales and account management
- Existing network in the telecommunications/data industry, and contacts with innovative manufacturers of optical systems, a plus
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and self-motivated salesperson who likes to get things done
- Technical engineering background at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level, or relevant experience
- Business fluent in English and German, other languages are an advantage
