Accountant - 100% H/F

INTRODUCTION

For one of our clients, in the financial services sector based in  Geneva, we are looking for an :

Accountant H/F

for a temporary full-time position

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

Our client is looking for a general accountant who can manage everything from A to Z, right through to the balance sheet. On a daily basis:

• Help to All administration and accounting
• Invoices booking
• Invoice verification
• Bank account updating weekly and monthly payments

On a bi-weekly basis:

• Payments preparation
• Payments booking
• Payment summary update

On a monthly basis :

• Bank statement booking
• Financial report
• Entities: booking and invoices validation, update the Budget

PROFIL ATTENDU

• Certified Accountant degrees.
• Experience in a family office, trust company or bank
• Excellent professional presentation and exemplary attitude
• Good knowledge of accounting rules in Switzerland and France. Basic knowledge of accounting rules in the USA (US GAAP/ SWISS GAAP/ IFRS).
• Ten to fifteen years' experience in an accounting position.
• Versatility: open to administrative tasks (data entry, reception).
