Your key responsibilities will include: \ Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations \ Support the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management \ Manage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system \ Ensure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system \ Participate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities \ Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes \ Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures \ Support the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows \ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries \ Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required \\Your Profile\\ \ Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification \ 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment \ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel \ Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage \ Basic knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards \ Fluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken \\Do you want to take up this challenge?\\* We look forward to receiving your application!
