Job Description

• Prepare Payment Inputs: Organize and compile accurate payment data for processing, ensuring timely and correct submissions.

• Bookkeeping of Bank Statements: Maintain and reconcile bank transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

• Cash Flow & Budget Updates: Assist in updating and monitoring cash flow statements and budgets to support financial planning and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

- 5 years of experience in accounting / bookkeeping

- Fluency in French and English

- Good knowledge of Winbiz
