Job Description

The Accounting Clerk will:

• Process invoices, payments, and financial records accurately and promptly.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and reporting tasks.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and documents.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Provide administrative support to the ACCOUNTING & FINANCE team as needed.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounting Clerk should have:

• A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of French.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
