On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company based near Geneva, we are currently looking for an:
- Review invoices and check requests for payment.
- Sort, code and match invoices.
- Set up invoices up for payment.
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks and wire transfers.
- Reconcile and clear accounts as per internal procedures.
- Monitor accounts to ensure all due payments are up to date.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare analysis and reports on days payable outstanding.
- Accounting diploma.
- Fluent in English.
- 2-4 years accounts payable experience in international environment required.
- Knowledge of standard MS Office Applications (especially Excel) and SAP or Oracle a must.
- Proficient in data entry and detail oriented
- Flexible with a demonstrated capacity to intergrate quickly a new team.
