Job Description

• Process and verify invoices in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
• Review PO, travel and expenses
• Reconciliations and variance analysis on AP and AR
• Coordinate with internal departments to address payment-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audits.
• Assist in improving accounts payable workflows for better efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable 80%-100% should have:

• An academic background in Accounting, Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP are an advantage.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role within a medium-sized structure.
• Fluency in English and French.
• An eye for detail and accuracy in financial processes.
• An ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
