Administrative Assistant F-M / Facilities
Temporary mission - 100% - to start quickly
Your missions :
- Administrative support: emails, phone calls, messages, correspondance, archiving...
- Main point of contact for security, desk organisation
- Agenda and travel management to various countries and calendars to supervise
- Personal support when needed
- Projects coordination and monitoring
- Office extension dealing with external providers
- Swiss nationality and resident or Swiss C permit holder
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Professional experience between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous professional background in a manufacturing company is highly desirable
- English, first level (B2 minimum)
- French, fluent or mother tongue (with excellent writting skills)
- Customer oriented with very good listening capacities
- Strong organisational skills
