They are looking for well-organised candidate in order to provide effective support to their team for a special project,

Administrative Assistant F-M / Facilities
Temporary mission - 100% - to start quickly

Your missions :

  • Administrative support: emails, phone calls, messages, correspondance, archiving...
  • Main point of contact for security, desk organisation
  • Agenda and travel management to various countries and calendars to supervise
  • Personal support when needed
  • Projects coordination and monitoring
  • Office extension dealing with external providers

Your profile:

  • Swiss nationality and resident or Swiss C permit holder
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Professional experience between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous professional background in a manufacturing company is highly desirable
  • English, first level (B2 minimum)
  • French, fluent or mother tongue (with excellent writting skills)
  • Customer oriented with very good listening capacities
  • Strong organisational skills
