p>As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to:

ul>
Support a variety of administrative activities specific to your working area and be the 1st contact for all orientation needsResponsible for managing and updating the relevant outlook distribution lists according to the team/LM needsResponsible for editing reports, reviews and presentations for team membersReview operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditure and conduct appropriate changes.Handle routine correspondence, short notes or other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database or presentation softwarePrepare and communicate meeting agendas. Organize meeting rooms accordingly for participants.Organize logistic and set up external or internal workshops / events / seminars.Prepare and follow up of expenses reports.Create and track P2P process (PR/PO/SES).
