For our client in **Geneva** we are actively looking for an
**Administrative Assistant / Paralegal Department,**
for a temporary mission
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**
After some training on the local IT systems and processes and with some supervision the candidate is expected to manage the digital and physical filing of various legal documents (some physical, some electronic).
In the process the candidate would be exposed to a broad range of legal activities which are managed by the Legal Department, e.g. corporate work, transaction work, litigation, distribution agreements etc.
The work is expected to be carried out in person in the office.
* Holding a legal degree is a strong advantage,
* Fluent in English and excellent level of French,
* 1/2 years of experience with a legal, HR or administrative department in Switzerland,
* Organized and detail oriented,
* At ease with IT systems,
* Able to work in a team,
* Available to start working as of June., 1 2022.
