Our client, at the forefront of medical technolgies and treatment, is looking urgently for an:


Administrative Assistant - 100%


The role requires providing administrative support for the Medical Affairs department as follow: 

  • Managing the contracts and Legal Communication
  • Managing of the Sponsorship process
  • General administrative duties linked to the department
  • Coordinating activities bewtween departments

The successful candidate will have completed at least 3 years of experience in an international environment and will be able to tick the following boxes:

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Business or Administrative School or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and a desire to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Team spirit
