Agile Transformation Consultant (Enabler)

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Driving and assisting the Agile transformation of our clients, helping to sharpen the vision and end result. Experience with SAFe® transformation projects is a plus

  • Conduct assessments, maturity & readiness checks for clients interested in Agile transformation

  • Defining the best matching Agile model and path to achieving it for our clients, by selecting the proper Agile methodology depending on the context

  • As an expert and advisor help clients to customize processes, enabling continuous, incremental delivery by applying Agile methods

  • Mentoring various teams for clients going through Agile transformation, training of the teams in getting familiar with Agile and/or SAFe®

  • Assist in the sales process – responding to RFIs, evaluating needs, on-site visits and presentations

  • Work with Digital Factories Solution team on enhancing its delivery capabilities

  • Contribute to Digital Factories Solution growth, by sharing knowledge, expertise and passion

  • Engages with people from other divisions to promote Digital Factories portfolio

  • Travel 20-40%


Your Profile


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Agile expert practitioner and evangelist

  • Solid background in planning and navigating Agile transformations of different scales, industries, organizations. SAFe® is a plus

  • Proficiency in different Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools – certifications are nice to have, SAFe® is a plus

  • You should be able to work reciprocally with multiple teams of different nature - technical and non-technical

  • Able to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients in all situations

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business situation and environments

  • Strong customer orientation – good listener, understanding clients’ circumstances and challenges

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, able to adapt style as required to persuade and gain support of partners at all levels, previous experience of taking active part and leading negotiations and proven track record of successful stakeholder management

  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment

  • Languages – English and French mandatory

  • Good academic background – university degree
