The Tech Solutions department at EHL is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital tools and technological platforms. It ensures system performance, data security, and the integration of new technologies to support both academic and administrative activities. The team collaborates with various departments to design tailored solutions that meet user needs. AI Architect Tech Solutions

The mission of the AI Architect is to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance educational delivery, operational efficiency, and student engagement within an institution like EHL Hospitality Business School. This role ensures that AI initiatives align with the institution’s academic mission, uphold ethical standards, and support innovation in hospitality education.

What will you do?

• Define educational and operational outcomes for AI initiatives, such as personalized learning, admissions optimization, and alumni engagement, ensuring that selected AI models align with pedagogical goals and institutional values.
• Collaborate closely with Academic Office, the Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence, IT, and data governance teams to shape AI strategies, ensure infrastructure readiness, and promote ethical data use.
• Support the development of business cases for AI projects that enhance the student and faculty experience, select models suited for educational use cases (, recommendation engines, predictive analytics), and develop training/testing plans using real-world academic and operational data.
• Drive AI change management initiatives to support faculty and staff adoption, engagement, and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with educational data privacy regulations (, GDPR), evaluate models for fairness and transparency, and establish governance frameworks for AI use in education and operations.
• Develop deployment roadmaps for AI tools across classrooms, student services, and administrative functions, support change management and training for faculty and staff, and ensure integration with existing educational technologies.
• Define success metrics such as student satisfaction, learning outcomes, and operational efficiency, monitor AI systems, and recommend improvements based on stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvement and ethical compliance.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• You have advanced degrees or certifications in AI, data science, or educational technology (a plus).
• You are fluent in English (C1) and French (C1) being a plus.
• You have 2 years of experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation, preferably in education or service industries.
• You have experience with solution architecture and business case development in academic or nonprofit settings.
• You have hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• You are familiar with data integration and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• You have worked with educational technology systems like LMS (Learning Management Systems) and SIS (Student Information Systems).
• You understand data privacy and compliance frameworks, including GDPR.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills with both academic and administrative stakeholders.
• You are a strategic thinker with a focus on educational impact.
• You are a creative problem-solver who brings innovation to your work and demonstrate ethical judgment and integrity in the use of AI.
• You have leadership experience in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.
