AI Product Manager

Onsite/Offsite: Hybrid Remote. 3 days a week in office. 2 days remote.

Experience required
Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in Generative AI or consumer AI products.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
Expertise in gathering and translating requirements into actionable product plans using agile methodologies.
Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and knowledge of the data ecosystem, including data engineering, quality, orchestration, infrastructure, and governance.
Solid understanding of data and AI product development, particularly Large Language Models.

Responsibilities
Lead the product management of our Generative AI chat platform.
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee platform releases and ensure clear communication across teams.
Manage development sprints and provide supportive leadership to development teams.
Organize and deliver training on Generative AI usage within the Group.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify common needs and trends across business lines with a user-centric approach
