For our campus in Brig we are looking for :
Aid Kitchen / Steward
Responsibilities
Ensure daily production of the assigned section in accordance with the Chef’s instructions
Prepare basic raw materials including cutting, peeling fruits and vegetables
Apply and respect HACCP standards in the production area and carry out daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities
Assist with storage and requisitions of kitchen goods and report any malfunction of kitchen equipment
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English, knowledge of another language is a plus
Patient, organized, flexible and able to work in a team
