Application and Data Integration Engineer

Engineer, we are looking for one of our most important clients in the public sector to design, implement, and maintain data and the selected person will work on ETL flows, API interfaces, inter-system exchanges, as well as on the deployment, configuration, and interconnection of software packages. The PSR division manages several business lines as well as a solution dedicated to accounts and spaces on Microsoft 365 (M365). The scope is characterized by a volume of identities to manage: approximately distributed across 30 establishments. This position aims to guarantee the reliability of data exchanges and these various systems, the robustness of the M365 account provisioning process, and the proper functioning of the system. In this context, the main missions will be to:- Design, implement, and manage data flows based on the principles of the business solution present.- Configure, administer, and evolve exchange interfaces (API, files, mechanisms).- Develop and maintain scripts, connectors, and technical components in Bash and C#/.NET in order to meet needs and manage, secure, and ensure the reliability of identities and access within the ecosystem, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (~ establishments).- Ensure the supervision of flows, workflows, and as well as incident processing, data quality control, and the optimization of processes, processing, and business rules.- Participate in the design and implementation of lifecycle management processes as well as associated projects.Telework possible, 3 days minimum, more if the mission allows.- Higher education in (ES, HES or equivalent), or experience.- Mastery of Bash scripting, C#/.NET development, and SQL, as well as the design of scripts and connectors.- Experience with REST APIs, JSON and XML, as well as exchange, security, and data mechanisms.- Ease in a DevOps environment.- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and an ITSM/asset management tool such as GLPI.- Experience or knowledge of Power constitutes an advantage.- Appreciated: Microsoft and ITIL certifications.- Personal qualities: rigor, autonomy, sense of service, ability to document, ease in communication with technical and business stakeholders.- Appreciated context: experience in the public sector, or an environment.Data skills: Design and management of flows according to principles.Development: Bash, C#/.NET, SQL — design of scripts and connectors & REST, JSON, XML, exchange, security, and data mechanisms.Intermediate level:Identities & M365: Microsoft 365, Entra ID — management and security of identities and access at large scale.DevOps: DevOps environment, CI/CD.Beginner level:ITSM / asset management: GLPI or appreciated tool.Power (Power Apps...). jid099b29daen jit0730aen jpiy26aen
