Your Mission :
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials
- Generate and update application and technical notes
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts
- Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs
- Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products
- Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration
- Recommend product improvements
- This function includes around 20% of business travel

Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent)
- 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset
- Good programming skills such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control/regulation theory
- Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus
