We are looking for one of our most important clients in the public sector and education

an Integrator

responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining data and application integration mechanisms.

The selected person will work on ETL flows, API interfaces, inter-system exchanges, as well as on the deployment, configuration and interconnection of business applications and software packages.

The PSR division manages several business applications as well as a solution dedicated to the creation of accounts and spaces on Microsoft 365 (M365). The scope is characterised by a large volume of identities to manage: approximately 40,000 users spread across 30 establishments.

The position aims to ensure the reliability of data and application exchanges between these different systems, the robustness of the M365 account provisioning process, and the proper functioning of the information system as a whole, at this scale.

Your main missions will be to:

Design, implement and manage data integration flows based on the principles of the business solution presented.

Configure, administer and develop exchange interfaces between applications (API, files, synchronization mechanisms).

Develop and maintain scripts, connectors and technical components in Bash and C#/.NET to meet integration and automation needs.

Ensure the management, synchronization and reliability of identities and access within the business solution ecosystem, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (~40,000 users, 30 establishments).

Supervise flows, workflows and business applications, as well as incident handling, data quality control and documentation of processes, treatments and business rules.

Participate in the design and documentation of application lifecycle management processes, as well as associated projects.

Remote work possible, minimum 3 days on site, more if the mission requires.

Your strengths:

Education: higher education in computer science (ES, HES or equivalent), or significant proven experience. Proficiency in Bash scripting, C#/.NET development and SQL, as well as in designing integration scripts and connectors.

Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON and XML formats, as well as data exchange, transformation and synchronization mechanisms.

Comfortable in a DevOps environment;

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and an ITSM or asset management tool such as GLPI.

Experience or knowledge of the Power Platform is a valued advantage.

Certifications appreciated: Microsoft and ITIL Foundation.

Your personal qualities: rigour, autonomy, service orientation, ability to document, ease in communicating with technical and business interlocutors.

Preferred context: experience in the public sector, education or a multi-site environment.
