Description du poste

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join an international sales team currently undergoing structuring, active in the Travel Retail sector. This position offers a great opportunity for a candidate with initial experience in this demanding and stimulating environment, who is eager to quickly take on commercial responsibilities within a strategic scope.

Your Responsibilities

You will be in charge of the operational management and commercial development of your assigned area. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing sales across a portfolio of international partners
• Building and monitoring tailored business plans for each market
• Leading commercial negotiations independently
• Contributing to the client's account P&L
• Working closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance)
• Ensuring regular field presence (approximately 20% travel required)

Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales position within a Travel Retail environment (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, structuring, and prioritization skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English (working language)
• Available immediately
