Job Description
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handling phone calls in both French and English.
- Managing mail and deliveries (receiving, sorting, and distributing).
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.
- Ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and welcoming attitude
- Previous reception or administrative experience (a plus)
- Organized, adaptable, and service-oriented
- Proficient in basic office tools (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
- Immediate availability
