About Our Client

A leading international energy company is seeking an Assistant Demurrage Analyst for an interim assignment based in Geneva.Assignment period:

  • Start date: 1 February 2026
  • End date: 30 July 2026

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Demurrage Analyst in classifying claims documents.
  • Assist in preparing claim-related outputs and ensuring timely submission.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation received from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update internal tracking tools, databases, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, trading, legal) to gather missing information when needed.
  • Contribute to the analysis of demurrage claims, helping identify discrepancies or missing data.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of documentation workflows and processes.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of claims documentation.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience working with Claims or shipping documents.
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
