On behalf of our client, an international company, Multi Personnel is searching for an

Assistant Facility Management DE/ENG

(01/17 for 6 months)

HSE & FM Departments

(Health, Safety, environment and Facility Management )

Your Mission: 

  • Organize and animate local HSE Committee to engage top management
  • Deploy the annual action plan  (training, communication and programs)  to field and office based population
  •  Ensure all new staff receives appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental information as part of their induction program
  • Ensure the reporting of all accidents/incidents that might occur within field and office population
  • Lead accident investigation with the support of the Management
  • Coordinate local activities & projects related to the facilities in Deutsh (contratcs & services, space planning, ...)
  • Support and deploy the global strategy with the HeadQuarters

Your Profil:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years minimum in a similar role for an international compagny in Switzerland
  • Good Knowledges in HSE & FM departments
  • Fluent in German and English ( French an asset)
  • Frequent Travel  to Zoug ( 2 or 3 times per month)
  • Personn with good communication skills, ability to analyse and synthesize
