The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and who is self-motivated to seek and meet new challenges.
• Bring daily support to our Vice President of International Sales in all administrative tasks (filing, mail and deliveries, correspondence, team calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments, management of travel agenda and the expense sheets)
• Facilities management and procurement
• Sales support tasks including the organization of internal events
• Organization and minutes of internal and external meetings
• Preparation of documents, presentations and support with follow-up tasks
• Participate to ad hoc department projects
• Support targets in compliance with the group's policies and procedures

Description du profil :

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and departments with diplomacy and tact
• Open minded and flexible
• Well organized and able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Proactive and attentive to detailsProfessional requirements• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and related experience in a fast-paced and international environment
• Extensive Microsoft office tools skillsLanguages• Fluent in French and English (working languages), any other language is an important asset
