To strengthen its viticultural team, Domaine du Mont d’Or is looking for a:

Assistant Vineyard Manager - M/F

Under the responsibility of the Vineyard Manager, you will participate in managing an organic vineyard of over 30ha in Valais.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a viticulturist (federal diploma or equivalent training would be an asset).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of viticultural techniques (from pruning to harvest).
• Good knowledge of mechanisation and vineyard infrastructure.
• Interest in alternative methods.
• Ability to manage permanent staff and seasonal workers.
• Autonomous, organised, versatile person with a good team spirit.
• Fluency in French and proficiency with common IT tools.
