Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or equivalent) or extensive, relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in industrial automation within a regulated environment (ideally Pharma/Biotech).
- Strong proficiency in PLC/DCS programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, DeltaV) and experience with GxP environment and validation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams on complex projects (e.g., tech transfers, capital projects).
- English business fluent (written and spoken) is required
