We are urgently looking for a part time and high caliber person who will be in charge of Reception/Secretarial and Sales Assistant duties. You must be bilingual French and English. The role is for 20 to 24 hours weekly - work Monday - Friday every morning.

Our client is a small luxury company.


  • Ensure the smooth running of the office (12 people)
  • Customer Services and Client relations
  • Manage the day to day work of the company and ensure it runs efficiently and effectively. Ensure systems that are established, maintained, and regularly reviewed
  • Raise monthly Invoices and follow up arrears
  • Sign up New Virtual Office and Mailbox Clients
  • House Keeping and ensuring the premises is in good state
  • Handle Letters, and scan letters unbehalf of client
  • Manage the client database

Conditions et Avantages


Part time job - Ideally 50%

Annual growth salary : 65/75 000 CHF on a 100% basis to pro rata.
