Benefits in Visp What you will do: Oversee and support microbial fermentation manufacturing campaigns Prepare and implement EHS and cleaning risk analyses for assigned products Establish and review electronic batch records and production documentation Perform manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines and troubleshoot equipment issues Review documentation and manage deviations, change requests, and CAPAs Contribute to capital investment projects, including commissioning and qualification of manufacturing units Train operators and represent your area during audits and customer visits What we are looking for: Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in microbial fermentation or biotechnical engineering Strong understanding of GMP and bioprocess operations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organized, methodical, and solution-oriented approach Experience with MES and DeltaV systems is a plus Fluent in English; German is an advantage About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
