Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact international marketing talent with proven leadership and strategic skills to drive the global growth of our Forex/CFD and Institutional business lines. Reporting to the Brand Manager Lead, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing best-in-class, global marketing strategies that resonate with both retail forex traders and financial institutions.
As a key player in our marketing team, you will bring deep market understanding, sharp executional skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to elevate Swissquote-s visibility and growth in two of our most strategic business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven marketer with a global mindset and strong leadership capabilities to spearhead our marketing initiatives in the Forex and institutional finance areas.
You will:
- Lead and activate a world-class brand strategy with strong international reach, specifically tailored for Forex/CFD trading and institutional/B2B clients
- Translate your in-depth understanding of financial markets, multi-asset products, and client behavior into sharp, customer-focused campaigns
- Work closely with business stakeholders and marketing leadership to develop and execute yearly marketing plans focused on business growth, lead generation, and brand strength
- Manage and brief creative and media agencies to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns across TV, print, OOH, digital, and audio
- Partner with our in-house creative teams to produce engaging landing pages, emails, and lead-generation assets
- Monitor performance and deliver data-driven reporting aligned with strategic KPIs, focusing on ROI for both Forex/CFD and Institutional segments
- Stay on top of competitive trends, regulatory shifts, and customer expectations to continuously refine brand positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand, product, or marketing management within the financial services, Forex/CFD, trading, or fintech sectors
- Proven track record in developing international marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
- Experience managing external creative and media agencies
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent skills in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Strong business acumen and confidence in preparing management-level presentations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Enthusiastic about marketing innovation, global finance, and fintech
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
