Job Description

Acting as a key interface between business and IT teams, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements across various departments (finance, operations, trading, etc.)

• User case, user stories, collect of information

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Model data and write/optimize complex queries in SQL

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI tools and reporting processes

• Support and train end users, providing functional guidance on BI solutions

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst BI or in a similar role

• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, data visualization)

• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, performance optimization)

• Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English (mandatory in an international environment)
