Job Description

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories in Jira.
• Document functional specifications and contribute to documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide ongoing support to the development team throughout sprints.
• Perform structured functional testing and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.
• Identify, track, and follow up on functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with banking standards and security requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, ideally in private banking.
• Solid understanding of digital banking environments, particularly web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with functional testing tools such as XRAY and Postman.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
