Business Analyst, End-User Feedback
Lausanne, Switzerland

Your role

Specify market requirements for our End-User Feedback product by focusing on business
value and conducting market research supported by customer visits.
Create packaged solutions around End-User Feedback including product features, content,
best practices, operationalization plans, third party integrations, documentation and
trainings; validate and refine these solutions by applying them to selected customers.
Support our worldwide consulting team during the implementation of End-User Feedback
related projects by conducting workshops to analyze specific customer requirements,
defining the end-user interaction strategy needed to obtain the required business
outcome (which questions to ask, to which users, in what format, at what frequency, …)
and ensuring the successful operationalization of the product.
Support our worldwide sales team by presenting and demonstrating the benefit of our
End-User Feedback solutions to customers and prospects.
Assess and document market competition.
This position requires 50% travel.

Your profile and experience

5 or more years’ experience in consulting
Experience in defining surveys for large population of users, ensuring high response rate
and analyzing the results to obtain actionable business insight
Experience in IT processes such as ITIL
Demonstrated ability to collect user feedback and understand customer pain points.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, and social awareness.

Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and
learning new technologies.
Professional-level English, spoken and written; fluency in French or German are a plus
BSc/MSc marketing or business, previous diploma in Computer Science preferred
