In order to reinforce our commercial team, we are currently recruiting a:

Business Analyst Intern (6 or 12 months)

Your mission:

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the strategic direction of the commercial performance department. Utilizing cross-functional analytics, you will gather and analyze data to identify key business opportunities and threats, ultimately enhancing data quality, improving reporting, and implementing innovative data analysis methodologies. Your focus will include building new dashboards and analytical tools to support the Markets and HQ.

How will you make an impact  

Dashboard Development:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements for new dashboards on Power BI, SAC Analytics Cloud & Looker.
• You will design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards to present key performance indicators and insights.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• You will collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
• You will develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• You will continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Market Coordination:

• You will gather customer, competitor, and market insights to inform dashboard development and analysis.
• You will track project progress and report on achievements and challenges.

Commercial Projects:

• You will support the optimization of the boutique network through data-driven analysis.
• You will assist in developing forecasting models and action plans using insights derived from dashboards.

Presentations:

• You will support the preparation of strategic meetings with markets and top management.
• You will create presentations based on analysis outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

How will you experience success

• You are currently pursuing or recently graduated a Master-s degree in Management / Economy / Engineering and you hold an internship agreement
• You have knowledge of Power BI, SAC Analytics Cloud, LookML with experience in dashboard development
• You have a strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Interview process

1st Stage - After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call

2nd Stage - Interview with Hiring manager and our HR department.

3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
