Job Description

• Lead engagement with clients/business to gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
• Analyze customer business requests and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development workshops.
• Work with Technical Experts to ensure full accountability of Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
• Provide clarifications to the project team during the development phase.
• Arrange and chair meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Recommend changes to business processes to align with Core Banking System processes.
• Own artifacts and collaborative documentation across all project phases.
• Contribute to the development of project plans by providing workload estimates.
• Prepare and perform functional testing to support UAT.
• Contribute to post Go-live checks covering core and external systems impacted.
• Support clients throughout project phases (requirement gathering, tests, deployment, presentations).
• Define and develop various services around/for the products.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and processes.
• Experience in preparing and performing functional testing.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with technical experts and project teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
