Description du poste

  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to wealth management operations. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and systems.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from financial data, customer information, and market trends. Translate data into actionable recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • System Implementation and Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing platforms and applications.

  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to projects related to wealth management initiatives, from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other relevant parties. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to wealth management operations. Ensure that business processes and systems comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Description du profil

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Private Banking mandatory
  • COBOL or Project Management certification
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools is preferred
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Swiss resident
