We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer in our commercial operations to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on international markets. The new markets we are targeting are UAE, Nigeria and Middle East. You will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities in those locations, building long-term relationships, and positioning our flexible workspace solutions as the ideal choice for global companies establishing or expanding their presence in Geneva and beyond.
This role combines local centre sales with international outreach, making it perfect for someone with a global mindset, strong networking skills, and a desire to travel to look for new business.

Key Responsibilities :
The candidate must have established contacts in Dubai, Cameroun and Nigeria.
Develop and execute international business development strategies to attract clients from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America, and other regions, particularly those seeking a prestigious Geneva business address and flexible workspace solutions.
Prospect, qualify, and acquire new corporate clients (multinationals, international organizations, NGOs, startups, scale-ups) for office spaces, coworking memberships, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and related services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international leads through proactive outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, networking events), targeted campaigns, and leveraging referrals.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, diplomatic events, chambers of commerce, and networking events in Geneva and abroad to generate leads and partnerships.
Conduct site visits, tours, and presentations for international prospects, showcasing our premium facilities, flexible contracts, and global network.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing revenue and occupancy rates.
Collaborate closely with the centre team to align on strategy and share international market insights.
Monitor market trends in flexible workspaces, competitor activity, and international business relocation patterns to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience ideally in flexible workspaces, serviced offices, real estate, hospitality, or professional services.
Proven track record of developing international business and closing complex deals with global clients.
Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; French (professional level) is highly desirable; additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are a strong advantage.
Strong network in international business circles, diplomatic communities, or multinational companies is a plus, particularly in Dubai, Cameroun and Nigeria.
Results-driven with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with international travel (frequent) and attending evening/weekend networking events.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
