RESPONSIBILITIES:
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Attainment of stated sales (both sell in and sell out) and EBITDA targets.
Develop account specific sales and marketing plans/activities to drive sales and achieve targets with profitability in top consideration. Proactively strategize on promotion tactics, animation activities, sales and staff incentive programs, retailer exclusive collaborations while minimizing cost spends to contribute strong positive profits to the Company.
Establish strong good relationships with retailers and accounts. Negotiate for better space, costs, terms, pricing etc. to improve EBITDA and improve brand visibility and image.
Possess strong leadership skills to manage, develop, guide and motivate BAs to excel in performance.
Hands on operational person in-store training/coaching, visual merchandising display, planogramming, operations and executional planning etc.
Liaise and communicate effectively with others internally to ensure maximization of all EA corporate and account goals including order processing and fulfillment, payment collection, logistics, marketing and finance.
Meticulous and detailed in paperwork to ensure accuracy in numbers, sales/business/pricing analysis, forms submissions, financial accruals and POs requisitions, forecasting etc.
Ensure brand presentation standards (including all forms of products and visual merchandising displays such as signages, price tags, labels, transparency visuals, shelf talkers, handout cards, merchandising props display) are in proper accordance to corporate direction (both sales and marketing perspectives).
Develop forecasts and budgets in accordance to EA corporate direction.
Monitor and report on market conditions and competitive activities to provide recommendations for development
Constantly collaborating effectively and constructively with Marketing Department in monitoring promotional activity, in TREX NPD proposals, but also in construction and monitoring of budgets.
Develop Category Management Solutions to facilitate assortment, procurement and gross margin optimizations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
5-10 years’ experience (Travel Retail, Beauty preferably)
